He provides the most advanced assessments, treatments and therapies to alleviate neck, back, muscular and arthritis pain.
Dr. Carbon uses combinations of therapeutics, exercise, medical management, and joint, nerve and muscle injections and has close working arrangements with physical and occupational therapists throughout Northwest Connecticut.

Northwest Foot Specialists is dedicated to providing state of the art, compassionate medical and surgical care of the foot and ankle to the residents of Northwest Connecticut.
Dr. Dennis D. D’Onofrio and Dr. James F. Nugent are board certified podiatric surgeons (American Board of Podiatric Surgery) with extensive residency training in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Nugent completed an AO mini-fellowship in Trauma at St. Elizabethen Hospital in Germany. Both Drs. Nugent and D’Onofrio are Fellows of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Nugent is a Past President of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and Dr. D’Onofrio is a past clinical instructor at Yale University.
The practice offers comprehensive care of all aspects of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in a location convenient to CHH and the greater Torrington area.

Physical Therapy Center

The Physical Therapy Center offers full service professional
orthopaedic rehabilitation services including physical, hand,
sports, speech, occupational, and aquatic therapy as well
as the evaluation of patients with acute and post operative
diagnosis. The Center is staffed by Certified Physical Therapists,
a Hand Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, and three Athletic
Trainers based at five local High schools in Northwest Connecticut
including Wamogo, Torrington High School, Litchfield High
School, the Gilbert School and Regional 7. Hours of operation
are Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
A support group entitled P.A.C.E. (People with Arthritis
Can Exercise) Support Group Meets regularly. Call 496-9851

The CHH Physical Therapy Center provides outpatient therapy
including physical, occupational, and speech therapies for
CHH patients. Outpatient services are provided for orthopedic
pre and postoperative care, chronic pain, speech and swallow
issues, long term planning, education and safety prevention,
as well as necessary splinting and wound care by certified
occupational therapists.
The center accepts all insurance including Medicaid and Medicare.
